Our lawful bases are your consent (when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in securing the site and responding to genuine inquiries.
How your information is handled
- Hosting & storage: our site runs on Cloudflare. Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database located in the United States.
- Email delivery: we use Resend to deliver the notification email containing your message to our team.
- Bot protection: we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving alternative to CAPTCHA, to verify submissions.
- Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not collect personal data, fingerprint visitors, or track you across sites.
These providers act as our processors. We do not sell or rent your data.
Data retention
We keep contact-form submissions for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted, unless we need to retain them longer to comply with a legal obligation or to manage an active engagement you have started with us.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
Traffic to our site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access to stored submissions is restricted to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Children
Our site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
International users
Your information is processed in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., you consent to that processing.
